What we have built.
Delivered projects and representative builds. Each one is a full technical account: the problem, the architecture, the non-obvious decisions, the numbers.
Cards marked Scenario describe how we would build the system, based on our experience with similar work — the architecture is real, the metrics are a reference point rather than a delivered result. Cards without the mark are delivered work.
An AI assistant for a B2B sales team
Production RAG over a 12,000-SKU catalogue with a local LLM, quote generation into DOCX and automatic client history in the CRM. Data never leaves the client's perimeter, which was a precondition for working with defence contractors.
URITECH partner portal
A portal for partner lawyers running personal bankruptcy procedures. Client management, document workflow with DOCX generation, finance and settlements, real-time chat, partner training.
Marketplace manager for a cosmetics brand
One dashboard for selling on five marketplaces: two-way stock and price synchronisation, rule-driven automated repricing, real-time unit economics per SKU, and a bot for anomaly alerts.
WMS for an FMCG manufacturer: replacing SAP
A warehouse and logistics management system for a food manufacturer. Replacing a withdrawn SAP installation with a local solution: accounting integration, a mobile app for warehouse staff, on-premise deployment, and preparation for the national software registry.
A B2B SaaS platform for an online school
Replaced a stack of site builder, course platform, messenger and spreadsheets with a real platform: LMS, subscription billing, behavioural segmentation, mobile PWA. Multi-tenant from day one, which later let the client launch a second school on the same platform.
Integrating a website and marketplaces with the accounting system for a distributor
Daily spreadsheet exports replaced with a stable exchange over the accounting system's HTTP services and a message queue: stock and prices synchronise with the website and the marketplaces close to real time, marketplace orders post automatically, oversells down to near zero. The accounting system stayed on-premise with no external IP.
A Telegram bot for wholesale orders, posted into the accounting system
A bot replaced wholesale order intake by messenger and phone: ordering from the catalogue or by repeating the last order, real-time stock validation, invoices generated by the accounting system as PDF, escalation to a sales rep. MVP in three weeks, with no web portal built.
