MZR Digital is a custom development studio for complex software. We work with product companies and mid-sized businesses, remotely.
The team are engineers with production experience in fintech, e-commerce and legaltech. Not generalists learning on your project, but people who take complex systems to production and keep them running afterwards.

Production, not prototypes
We ship code with tests, migrations, monitoring and documentation. You get a system ready to run, not something that works on one laptop.

Numbers up front
Budget, timeline and risks are stated before the contract is signed, not settled along the way. Scope changes go through short change requests at a fixed price.

We stay after the release
Most of a product's value appears six to twelve months in. We stay on a monthly retainer for support and development.

We say when it is not ours
If a task does not fit our expertise we say so immediately and point you elsewhere. Better to lose a contract than to do it badly.

Security and compliance, seriously
Data protection law, critical-infrastructure requirements and registry eligibility are not checkboxes but part of the architecture from day one, especially where they decide the project.

Backend Lead at MZR Digital. Development in Python with FastAPI and PostgreSQL. Specialises in complex workflows, integrations with external systems and optimisation under load.

Frontend and product engineer. Development in React with TypeScript, design systems and B2B interfaces. Responsible for the UX of B2B portals, dashboards and internal systems.

AI / ML Engineer
AI and ML engineer at MZR Digital. RAG systems, local LLMs, fine-tuning for a client's specific task. Experience with Qdrant, vLLM and local models from the Mistral, Qwen and Saiga families.
For a specific project we bring in specialists — DevOps, designers, analysts, testers. Which of them is decided during discovery, from the task itself, and named in the estimate straight away.
